Longish Lakes is a series of adjoined lakes about 45 air miles from the community of Pine Dock. The lakes are land locked and have several small creeks flowing in. The largest lake, to the south west is the deepest at over 80 feet. The outpost is located on this body of water.
Longish offers phenomenal walleye fishing. Northern pike, rock bass, and perch are also present.
The camp is new construction and offers accommodation for 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, 1 set of bunks per room.
The common area offers 2 propane refrigerators, counter top stove, solar lights and electric pump. There is hot and cold running water with a demand hot water system and shower. There are 2 - 14 foot boats with Suzuki 9.9 HP - 4 stroke motors.
The lakes and cabin are very secluded, a magical escape for someone looking for their own private fishing hole.
Catch and release are mandatory here, with only a few fish allowed for shore lunch.
The camp has 4 - 14 foot boats, 2 Alumarine and 2 Lunds with 2 swivel seats in each unit.
They are powered with new 9.9 HP Suzuki 4 stroke outboard motors.
All outpost camps include
- Privacy- the facilities at each site are the only ones on the lake!
You and your party will have exclusive use of the camps. - Cabin completely equipped with propane refrigerator, cook stove and BBQ,
wood heater, pots, pans and dishes. - One aluminum boat with outboard motor for each 2 or 3 persons,
including paddles, padded swivel seats and gasoline. - First aid kit.
- Light housekeeping required.
